I like you to tell me what you are into, words that excite you and the goals you have.  I also like to know what has, and has not, worked for you with past hypnosis.  It gives me a better idea of how to approach your first session.

One of the reasons I love hypno so much is that it allows me to be very creative.  Also, I get to hear about the triggers taking effect and clients experiencing powerful results.  I love that too.

If you have never tried hypno before, or you will be new to me, I require some info from you at least 24 hours prior to your first session.  This allows me to create a personalize script which leads to a fabulous first session.  Here is what I need:

1. 10 sentences you want to hear, such as “You enjoy submitting to a strong, dominant woman” or “You cannot resist the feet of a beautiful woman.”

2. 2-3 triggers which are changes you wish to see happen. They can be changes in how you think, act or react. Such as “When you hear the word (insert word) you will immediately go into a deep trance state” or “Every time you hear a phone ring, you are triggered to crave the sound of my voice.”
